These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the grabcad platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any features of the platform. 1. Acceptance of Terms

The platform reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to have misrepresented your age or eligibility, your account may be suspended or permanently closed and any balances may be subject to review.

3. Account Creation and Security

You may only hold one account on the grabcad platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. grabcad will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to a failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you should contact customer support immediately through the platform and update your password without delay.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

As a registered user of grabcad, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
  • Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any part of the platform or its systems.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular users.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraud in connection with games or betting activities.
  • Using the platform for any activity that may violate applicable Philippine laws or regulations.
  • Attempting to access or use the accounts of other users without their consent.

Violations of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable.

5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso

All transactions on the grabcad platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment channels made available on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate and belong to an account or method in your own name.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures and will be processed within the timeframes specified in the withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

grabcad does not charge fees on standard transactions, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges. Players are encouraged to review the terms of their payment provider before initiating transactions. The platform reserves the right to decline or reverse transactions that are identified as suspicious or non-compliant with these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

The grabcad platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. Technical issues, maintenance periods, or external factors may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grabcad shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or account balances resulting from circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control.

All content available on the grabcad platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and game content, is the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content may constitute a violation of intellectual property laws.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law

grabcad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice in cases where immediate action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other users.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support through the platform. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with the platform's standard withdrawal procedures, provided that no violations have been identified.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. grabcad is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Accessing such external resources is at your own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
